What you’ll be doing: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge children across KS1 and KS2. Foster a positive learning environment that supports children educational and personal growth. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure student success. Participate in school activities, extracurricular programs, and professional development opportunities. What we’re looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A qualification in SEND education is desirable. Experience of working with children in SEN settings, preferably with SEMH pupils. Experience in teaching KS1 and KS2 curriculum Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Opened in 2015, Elderbrook School, (formally, Arc School Old Arley) is an independent special day school situated within a rural village near Nuneaton, affording children and young people the opportunity to take part in a range of activities within the local community.
