Building Manager – temporary Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm or 8am to Midday or 2 to 3 days per week Central London £25 to £30 per hour DOE Temporary Building Manager required to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a high-quality private residential apartment development in London. This is a varied and highly visible role requiring someone who combines excellent residential customer service with strong operational and building management experience. You will be the key onsite point of contact for residents while ensuring the development remains safe, compliant, exceptionally well maintained and professionally managed. The Building Manager’s duties will include overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, managing contractors, monitoring health & safety and fire compliance, carrying out regular building inspections, and managing the onsite team and ensuring consistently high standards across all communal areas and facilities. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as a Building Manager, Development Manager, Estate Manager or Assistant Building Manager within a private residential development. You should be confident managing contractors and onsite teams, have a good understanding of building maintenance and statutory compliance, and possess excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
