Leonards Croft is located in Stafford. We provide residential support for eight males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability, or both. The service is off a busy main road, around 15 minutes from the town centre.

What you'll be doing

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and service. • Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans

• Helping create a positive, supportive environment where residents can thrive
