Priory Hospital Newbury has
an opportunity for a Director of Clinical Services to join our
team.
Priory Hospital Newbury, Berkshire
is a level 2 rehabilitation service supporting adult males with
mental health needs, working towards community reintegration. It is
accessible by public transport, with local bus routes nearby
including services to Reading and Basingstoke, and nearby train
stations providing links into
London.
You will be part of a
compassionate team that is committed to supporting people's

Reporting to the
Hospital Director, you will be a key member of the Hospital Senior
Management Team, providing strong clinical leadership across our
nursing and therapy services. You will have overall responsibility
for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of clinical
services, ensuring our patients receive the highest standards of
care and support.
You will lead
clinical services across our two wards: a 12-bed Rehabilitation
& Recovery (R&R) ward and an 18-bed Acute ward. Working
collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital, you will
promote a positive, patient-centred culture, drive continuous
improvement and ensure our clinical teams are supported to deliver
the best possible outcomes and experience for our
patients.
