Data Controls & Analytics Manager

Design, build, and enhance reporting and automation solutions using Alteryx and Power BI.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting

requirements and drive better decision-making.

Support the implementation and ongoing adherence to BCBS 239 principles.

Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and control frameworks.

Ensure critical reporting solutions are appropriately governed, documented, and controlled.

Analyse end-to-end data flows and recommend process improvements.

Drive best practice across data management, reporting, and analytics.

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on data-related risks, controls, and reporting requirements.Profile

Data Controls & Analytics Manager

A successful Data Controls & Analytics Manager should have:

Strong hands-on capability with Alteryx

Advanced Power BI development and reporting skills

Good knowledge of BCBS 239 and data governance frameworks

A background within Financial Services, Banking, or another regulated environment

Strong understanding of data controls, risk management, and reporting governance

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

The ability to translate business

requirements into practical data and reporting solutions

A proactive and commercially minded approach to problem-solving

The ability to understand end-to-end data flows and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and stronger controls.

Job Offer

£65,000 - £85,000 base salary
