Permanent Technical Support Engineer required to work with a long established heating appliances manufacturer based in Lisburn. Working hours will be 08.00-16.30 Monday to Friday. Basic salary will be between £20.00-£21.00 per hour depending on experience. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional customer site visits as required.

In this role the successful candidate will provide technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance and aftersales support to
customers in relation to oil fired heating appliances and and renewable energy products. You will play a key role in
supporting installers and customers with technical enquiries, investigating issues and ensuring queries are handled
professionally and efficiently. You will also coordinate field engineer activities, maintain accurate service records and work
closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the technical support operation.

What We Need From You:

• Practical understanding of plumbing and heating systems
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• A customer-focused approach - professional telephone manner and the ability to explain technical information
• Full clean driving licence
